“What a dinner we had. I invited my parents over, and I grilled the porterhouse and the ribeye. We all sampled meat from the three wonderful sections of the beef. Just delicious……………it was unanimous!!! The steaks were beautiful uncooked, as well as cooked to perfection. So glad I found you guys.”

“They taste as good as they look! Recipe for 40 oz Prime Rib Chop:
Heat up ironcase grill pan till it starts smoking. Sear 2 min each side. Lower heat and sear fat side for 1 minute to caramelize the fat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast for 7 minutes. Rest and cut!

Ps. I usually age my steaks overnight w paper towels in the fridge to soak up any moisture and take it out three hours prior to cooking so it will be at room temp.
I plan to order more as I like the fact you don’t have hormones and antibiotics in your cows”
