Shelly’s own horseradish & roasted garlic sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 cloves roasted garlic mashed
- 2 T horseradish (or 4 T if using fresh)
- 1 t white vinegar
- 1/2 t whole grain mustard
- Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients well; we like to serve this in a wide mouth canning jar which also is convenient for storing… if there’s any left!
