Though fully grass fed and grass finished, Strauss’s flat-iron steaks are well marbled and extremely flavorful. These steaks are wet aged in their own juices for complexity and depth of flavor. Grass-fed beef is not graded like our natural beef, but we believe our grass-fed beef meets the “grade” — in terms of taste — as compared to our natural beef cuts. Grass-fed beef is low in saturated fat, cholesterol and total fat and a good source of naturally occurring Omega 3’s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
