Our Superior Farms’ Rack of Lamb is a single, 8 bone rack that is frenched (the ends of the bones are exposed by cleaning the fat and meat away). Superior farms lamb is all natural, American lamb that grazes mainly on open pasture lands, and may be fed a supplemental grain diet as needed.
